Sunday September 20th 5-7pm Mountain Life Hot Yoga Cranbrook! In this 2hour workshop/class learn how to break town common yoga poses with correct alignment including Sun Salutations, plank vs chaturanga, Cobra vs Updog, Warrior(s) 1,2,3, Triangle, Pigeon & Tree & basic twists & downward dog, lunges & balance poses. Beginners & Intermediate students welcome. Learn the foundations & or deepen your practice. Note: This is an active style workshop. You must be able to get from seated to standing v/v easily.
