The moment I decided to start this account, I got a bunch of messages from people that I know asking if I will be posting my Keema Naan recipe! So before I begin, I assure you that its relatively easy, as daunting as it can look and the final product is worth every minute spent preparing everything. Keema naans or "keemay walay naan" are an absolute favourite that take me back to my childhood. Whether it was picnics with the family or weekend brunches, we always got lots of t...hem made from the local tandoor, savouring every chutney-dipped bite! Fast forward to life in Montreal, I wanted to recreate the recipe myself and got searching. A few recipes and an experiment later, I've found my perfect one! This has been a much loved recipe with friends and family alike and I'm so excited to be sharing it today! I also want to take a moment to thank everyone who has been following and trying my recipes. Today's recipe is the perfect combination of rice, veggies and meat. This bbq rice is the absolute all-in-one dinner or potluck meal. Now I'm aware that this recipe has done its round on various desi food blogs and forums but I couldn't help but share my version of it, perfected to my liking with some tweaks and tricks.
