As we turn the page to the next chapter of our story we want to say thank you very much to each and every one of you who graced our door, liked our photos and supported us in so many ways. We will be closing the doors to our wee bakery and moving back to Alberta to be close to family, effective immediately. In honour of our veterans we will be closed Remembrance Day, regular hours for the rest of the week Tuesday - Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm. This week we will have Fresh Baked Cinnamon Buns by the tray with Cream Cheese Frosting, perfect for the snowy weather we are having! A couple interesting challenges this month. Not one but two young ladies designed their own cakes and trusted me to make them, it was my pleasure entirely! Back to regular hours, Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Happy Father’s Day! I want to thank everyone for their patience while we were closed to be with family. My mom is doing so well, such a brave, strong woman. Her and my dad no longer require my assistance, therefore I will be heading back to Carievale. We will be accepting orders immediately and open for business on Thursday. Looking forward to seeing you, and thank you again for all the support, kind words and friendship extended through this time. Means more than words can say.

With heartfelt regret we will be closed immediately for at least 3 weeks. It is merely an estimate as I need to go to Alberta and care for my mom who has been diagnosed with lung cancer and will be having surgery on Friday. I will keep you posted, as my return will depend on her recovery. Thank you all for your understanding, and for those customers with orders who have made arrangements to pick them up at an alternate time. Enjoy June, see you soon
