Hey friends !!! So I have been really into self growth lately! Trying to be my best self for 2021. This includes physical, emotional and overall how I treat others! Big leaps and bounds coming up and I am really excited to do it with you guys!! One of my fave things about what I do is that most of my clients feel comfortable unloading stress and sharing their struggles and wins with me. Whatever the situation is just know that you don't need to reach out during our monthly torture session (jokes I really try to not hurt you). If at any time you need a buddy to talk it out with know that I am always here! I will make time and I will always be real with you! No judgment ever!!!! We are all human! we do shitty things, make big mistakes and that's totally what its all about! Love you guys!!
