SugarSMAC Professional Body Sugaring

Hey Sugarists! One of the questions we get asked quite often is which Paste is best for which body part. Honestly, it is really up to you and your personal preferences which you prefer! That said, we suggest beginners start with a harder Paste as you learn how to control and work with your Sugar. We recommend Firm for underarms and the bikini area, and Lush for legs and arms. Classic is a versatile paste that is slightly softer than Firm and can be used on any body part. Once... you become more experienced with Sugaring you might start to lean towards softer Pastes. If you start to find a Paste is too hard for a specific body part, switch to the next softest Paste, and this is when you can start considering our Ultra-Lush. Why should you choose sugaring for your clients? There’s a lot of different reasons! Keep an eye on our page as we go through the benefits of sugaring in our upcoming posts! Benefit of Sugaring #1: For starters, our sugaring paste is made out of only three simple ingredients: lemon, sugar, and water! Why make it complicated when a simple, all-natural formula does the trick?

Have you ever experienced the sticky situation where some paste has adhered to the foam seal of our sugar paste? This can happen from time to time, especially when an order is being shipped across the country. Instead of fighting to remove the paste from the seal and risk losing some, solve the issue with this simple trick: place the chrome lid back on the jar and run the jar under hot water for a few minutes. The paste on the seal will soften, and the seal should easily slide off will little or no paste wasted. If the seal is sucked into the jar, run warm water directly onto the seal until it slides off. Drain the excess water, and you’re done!

Wondering how to use our Strip-Sugar? It’s incredibly easy to get the hang of and can be done in a few simple steps! -First, warm the paste in a sugar or wax warmer until it is the consistency of liquid honey. (warm, but not too !) -Apply a thin layer. If the layer is too thick it won’t be effective. -Apply a good quality muslin cloth over the sugar, pressing it onto the skin in the direction of growth. -Remove the muslin strip against the direction of hair growth, the oppo...site of when you are sugaring. Note that you can use this same strip multiple times, until you notice it becoming less effective. -Repeat the above until the area is complete! Still having trouble?
