PROUD As we wrap up this week of training, and the end of this training block, I am reflecting and I want all of you to as well. I want all of you to really reflect on the progress that you have made over this last seasonal block of training. Im not even talking about physical progress. Think of all the challenges and changes we pushed through. Think about that first training session you were probably so nervous and feeling fearful.. Aren’t you so glad you leaned into it? ...Think about how you feel empowered when you hit PR .. and have a room full of women who cheer for you, and are happy for you, and feel inspired by you. Think about all the times that you didn’t feel like training, but you came anyways and you walked out of SUGIFIT feeling 100x better! Think about all the exercises that you used to complain about because they felt hard.. LOL well lets be real you probably still complain Think about all the ladies you first met that were strangers but now are familiar faces .. most likely friends now. Cheering each other on, celebrating wins, growing friendships, sharing bad days & struggles.. this is a COMMUNITY. SUGIFIT is a WE thing. This is why SUGIFIT operates the way it does.. through application, careful selection of clients and hand picked trainees, seasonal block training- this all instills community, and confidence within one and each other and with proper programming, you get RESULTS. We should be in Hawaii right now Well, I specifically remember setting a goal to go back to Hawaii over the Christmas holidays at the beginning of this year. We said lets work really hard so we can take a long family vacation in Hawaii. SUGIFIT TOY DRIVE This year brought some challenges to be able to do events to give back to the community but we found a way this Christmas for the little humans. #COVID Heart is full to see the generosity in the sugifit community!! I am proud of us! It is also very heartwarming to see that we probably doubled , maybe tripled in gifts despite the limitations and challenges we faced this year... thats all you guys!! ... We will be dropping these toys off to the Ronald Mcdonald’s House this week. @rmhcsk THANK YOU FOR GIVING WITH ME!!

TRAINER OF THE YEAR on 2020 Planet Magazine!! I am so so thankful for those of you who voted for me , wow I am blown away I feel honoured and very grateful - still have no idea who even nominated me THANK YOU THANK YOU, to my growing community both in studio and online, to all my followers who cheer me on constantly in my DMs, family & friends who support all my ventures & projects..
