Hello friends, I know it's only been less than a week since the latest State of Emergency stay at home order. But I'm already getting stir crazy in the house. ...It's so important to be active and maintain a state of zen during these challenging times. To help with this, I am thinking of offering some complimentary yoga & meditation classes on Zoom and want to see what time (Eastern Standard Time) would work best for all collectively. I'm thinking of: - a 30 min Meditation class 1st thing in the morning (what’s best 7:00 a 7:30 / 8:00/ 8:30am)? - a 45 min Chair yoga session at noon or 1pm (to alleviate stiffness from sitting in front of the computer) - a 90 min Full yoga practice at 5:30pm (most beneficial on empty stomach) I look forward to seeing if the above times work (DM me or comment below) and will post the links & time schedule tomorrow. Hope to be able to start tomorrow .

Shine My affirmation word for 2021 For the last 4 decades (close to 5 ), I’ve been hidden in shadows. Because of my culture, I was taught to always ste...p back and not to bring attention to myself, know my place as a girl/woman ‘cause boys always come first. Then came the boarding school (Grneville Christian College) that now deemed a cult, & I had to always keep my opinion & thoughts to myself, or I would be punished & shamed in front of the whole school. Loveless 1st marriage when I was labelled a materialistic spoiled brat by my ex husband when I asked for a card for my birthday or anniversaries. Looking back, my only survival mode was to be small and laid low, kept my mouth shut and pretended everything was peachy. No wonder I am a mess in my 40s, as my inner warrior & goddess are trying to come out finally. Thank goodness that my tormented old self died last year and I was reborn as my higher self. Thank goodness for Paul & Skyla, yoga & Reiki, the Swamis, Chaitanyas, my fellow TTCs at the ashram, & my wonderful reiki teacher (@maks_lifestyle). I am now able to step into my light and live with authenticity without fear. This is why I chose Shineas my word for 2021. I will remind myself of the journey that lead me to shine and no longer be in my shadow or in anyone’s shadow. It will be my affirmation to live by . Affirmation word for the new year is so powerful and it really helps set the tone for anyone. It guides you in thoughts, actions, decisions & directions for the whole year.
