Good morning With Kitchener-Waterloo area being in the Red Zone starting today, we will be limiting our waiting room to 1 person at a time. We kindly ask that all customers please make arrangements to drop your cars off if your appointment will be longer then 45 mins.... Your keys can be dropped off in the key drop on the bay door by the office. If you need to speak to Kevin please call the office at 519-748-5444. If your vehicle is going to be at the shop for more then 1 hour, we kindly ask that you make arrangements to drop it off and leave it with us. ... We appreciate your understanding

Customer question: Why is my car air conditioner blowing hot air? Hot or warm air from the vents is the most common result from a non functioning A/C system. This could be the result of a faulty A/C compressor, condenser, low levels of refrigerant or even a blockage in the system. ... Book an appointment with us and have your AC checked! Don't wait, summer is days away and 30+ temperatures are almost guaranteed

Update: Please make sure you watch out for new Covid-19 signage on our front door and bay door areas coming this week. Waiting area is open but limited to 1-2 people and distancing is still mandatory.... Outdoor seating will still be available. If you should need to use the Debit/Credit machine we will gladly provide gloves. We are booking approximately 2 weeks out so please call to book any regular services before we book up.

We ask that you please leave the lock key( if you have one) in your cup holder, it makes it easier to find. We will continue to follow the same sanitation protocols. We sanitize the driver area after we finish your vehicle maintenance. Happy Monday! We hope that everyone had a nice weekend. As you have probably heard by now. The provincial government is extending the Emergency Act for approx another month. Please bare with us as we try to accommodate appointments during this time. We have to take precautions and keep everyone safe and healthy. We apologies for the delay. To All Our Valued Clients As we navigate through these confusing times, our provincial government has labelled us as an essential service. We would like you all to know we have decided to stay open on reduced hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM through the dates the government has set in place or until we see fit to still work safely.... We ask during this time that you limit what you are coming in for/booking for as we at Sullivan Automotive want to do our part in this situation and not promote any unnecessary vehicle maintenance at this time (ie: summer tire swaps, oil changes ). If you have any concerns with your vehicle and are not sure whether it's urgent, please call the shop and one of our techs can let you know. During this time our shuttle services & loaner vehicles will not be operational. Our showroom/waiting room will also be closed so we ask all clients to properly schedule your vehicle in with transportation arranged. We wish all our clients to take care & stay healthy.
