Meet @mrs.stass Summerhill’s November Superfan! This new mom doesn’t have much time to prepare home cooked meals, but people often pop by to visit the new baby so they always want to be ready for impromptu dinner parties. Hubby Ben loves to carb load whereas Anastasia is trying to be healthy postpartum.... She recently starting shopping with us when Ben introduced her to the store (thanks Ben ) and now they’re sharing their must haves (Ben’s been coming to Summerhill for over 10 years): 1) Pasta Carbonara (Ben gets this every time we go shopping. It’s his favourite and he has it as a treat after a long day) 2) Truffle Potato Chips (these are addictive and so are the BBQ ones. Great for when you’re hosting or Netflix and chilling) 3) Fudge Brownie Bites (These are to die for. Often times I’m craving something sweet, but don’t want to commit to a large pastry or cake so these are great. But I would be lying if I said I can have just one) 4) Chicken Chilli (Love that it lasts so long and tastes amazing. We keep it in the fridge for quick meals) 5) Chipotle Aioli (This stuff is great on everything - especially pizza) 6) Miami Short Ribs With In-House Korean Style Marinade. (Everyone in our family loves these. We’ve made them for friends and family both on the BBQ and in the oven) 7) Chicken Curry w/ Apple. (Love adding this to a fresh veggie salad as the topper or putting it in a wrap or a sandwich.) 8) Cobb Salad (Ben is a huge fan. Seeing as he usually eats nothing but carbs this makes me very happy) 9) Maple Miso Brussel Sprouts (The best brussel sprouts in the city. Hands down! I add them to every dinner) 10) Elmhurst Milked Cashews Barista Edition (If you want a beautifully foamed great tasting coffee the Barista edition is heavenly. It puts me in a great mood every morning) I use the non barista edition Oat milk in my shakes.
