Before the long weekend commences, why not whip up this easy dessert recipe that everyone will enjoy! Quick, easy, and NO BAKE!! Oreo Balls INGREDIENTS... 36 Oreo cookies 1 cup cream cheese, softened 2 cups semi-sweet baking chocolate or candy melts Sprinkles or nonpareils (optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Add the cookies into a blender or food processor. Close the lid and pulse the cookies for a few seconds at a time until the cookies are broken down into fine crumbs. 2. Spoon the crushed Oreos into a medium mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is completely blended with the crushed Oreos. 3. Shape into 48 (1-inch) Oreo balls. Freeze for 10 minutes. 4. While the cookie balls are freezing, melt the chocolate according to package instructions. 5. Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate. Place the balls in a single layer on a wax paper-lined baking sheet. 6. If you wish, sprinkle the balls with cookie crumbs, sprinkles, nuts, or nonpareils while the chocolate is still soft and warm. 7. Refrigerate the balls for 1 hour or until firm.

It's time for another recipe, and this time we thought we'd switch it up a bit! Instead of focusing on treats to cool us down, we thought this time we'd get some to warm us up! This cheesy bacon dip would be a perfect addition to any gathering, paired with chips, crackers, or even baguettes! INGREDIENTS 2 cups sour cream 1 1/2 cups bacon, cooked and crumbled... 1 cup cream cheese at room temperature 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1/3 cup sliced scallions, about 3 scallions INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients thoroughly until combined. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. 3. Bake until the dip is bubbling and starting to brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm.
