Qualifications Diploma in Child/Care and Youth Worker(or equivalent) OR; Completion of two years of post-secondary academic studies in Psychology or Education OR; Equivalent experience in the use of behavioural techniques,... Additional preferred education/experience includes: College/university coursework in behavioural analysis, behaviour therapy, early childhood and/or developmental disabilities; Experience implementing trail based behavioural intervention services for children with disabilities and especially Autism; Experience working with preschool children or preschoolers with special needs in applied or child care settings: Staff must provide their own transportation to the centre, clients homes and community settings.
