Little Summit Daycare in Cranbrook has employment opportunities for qualified Early Childhood Educators. We are seeking to fill a maternity position immediately for at least 4 months. This position has the potential to become a permanent position. Summit Community Services Society is offering very competitive wages and benefits package. Qualifications: MUST HAVE ECE/IT, ECE or ECE Assistant Childcare First Aid certificate Completion of Criminal Record Check Description/Duties: Plan, carry out and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities and experiences for children 0 - school age; to encourage independence and growth in all areas of the children’s social, emotional and physical development. Work in collaboration with co-educators. Maintain open, respectful and positive communication with co-educators; parents and family members. Follow and uphold all Licensing regulations and confidentiality guidelines. Maintain and organized and a welcoming environment. Carry out regular daily cleaning and sanitizing duties.
