In 2005 he opened Spruce Body Lab in Yaletown, a full service, multipractice clinic, which he owned and ran successfully for years prior to selling it in 2017. Continuing his education to further enhance his skills and understanding of human anatomy, Ryan is well versed with myofascial and trigger point release techniques, joint mobilizations, Swedish and deep tissue massage. His careful assessment and active listening skills are key to tailoring treatments for each client. Women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapy are the focus of Nikolina's career. She treats the p...renatal and postpartum populations, as well as individuals that have had surgery and those living with incontinence, urgency, frequency, prolapse, pelvic pain and/or sexual dysfunction. Nikolina has taken many post-graduate courses to advance her training in these fields and is dedicated to developing her expertise.
