We also wanted to share that this pandemic has hit everyone hard and small businesses are staying afloat ... it is out of our control if a manufacturer has decided to revamp their warehouse to build PPE’s, that they may not have a driver for a load or that their warehouse is still closed.... when has it become o...kay for customers to threaten, bully or yell at our employees when we business owners and staff need to remain calm and polite because a product has been delayed... so thank you again if you are waiting at our store or somewhere else for something that just hasn’t arrived on the promised date!! In light of the recent announcement by the provincial government, I have received many calls and inquiries as to what is happening within SunBurst Pools. I wanted to take this time to reassure everyone who has reviewed the list of what is deemed the essential services here in Ontario, that we are remaining open for bookings for openings, services and installations for the upcoming season. Our store will remain closed, and will be open by appointment only. Yesterday the prov...ince released its essential services that may remain open if they choose. By their definition, any business that supports and maintains the safety, sanitation and essential operation of commercial and residential properties as well as those who operate within the construction work and services in the commercial and residential sectors, and those who support the safe operations of residences can continue to operate. With the warmer weather coming, pools will need to be opened, operating and properly sanitized; otherwise they could become breading grounds for various vector-born illnesses by mosquitoes, or bacterial infections such as E-coli and crypo. We here at SunBurst Pools have and will put the safety of our families, employees and customers first. We ensure minimal to no contact with the customer at time of job, and you can contact the office anytime. This virus is not a one size fits all situation by any means. The health, safety and well-being of you and your family is the number one priority in all things that we do day in and day out. So don't hesitate to call now to have your pool needs taken care of. Here at Sunburst pools we have reduced our store hours from 11-3 Monday to friday till March 31st. If you have any worries about leaving your home, please feel free to set up a video call appointment, or any other means during this tough time. We also have various employees and vehicles which we are willing to help any elderly, or disabled people's who can't get out for groceries or other needed stops.
