recent bathroom reno went as rustic as possible plumbing by mclaren mechanical and electrical by RJS

new renovation project coming along nicely adding a suite 3 new kitchens and japanese tatami sitting room.

almost there on the post and beam /deck soffitt and cedar shingle siding project .

and along it comes the studio is getting closer we will be doing a handbuilt exposed truss roof with T&g cedar and reverse insulation for netzero goals.

windows and roof going in on the wisewoods project

small artist studio going in with a very complex roof which will be great fun . also a note to our clients we are observing social distancing and are only working in groups of 2-3 based on site size .

all finished on this great project , two of my favourite clients.

probably the nicest and most complex home I have built on the coast , with elevator , wine cellar and 4 stories with a mix of modern and industrial touches. home owners helped us every step of the way rain or shine was a truly fantastic and fun build.

just capping the roof and installing iso panel and we are there.

finally got some good pics of this build from home owners, full start to finish build. from siding to painting and interior standing we did all elements .

another full house renovation started , there are going to be some really cool and trendy elements to this one

trusses landed we are almost there ....now if this rain would just let up just a bit

Here we go on a new one , we will be using advanced framing techniques and ADA approach to achieve a much more environmentally friendly home with far less energy consumption than your average house.
