Join us for this restorative and rejuvenating practise. Limit of 8 participants... Thursday at 5:30 pm untie the knots with a muscle release practice. As per new provincial health regulations mandatory masking and social distancing is now in effect for all Sun Dog Yoga classes. We will get through this together and welcome you to join us on our mats. Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing is also in effect
