As a small town museum we want to ensure we are representing the people in this community. We have a focus on the pioneers as seen in our Pioneer Village. Our history books are a wonderful resource but we wonder, do YOU feel we have under represented certain groups of people? As we move through the COVID pandemic our museum is able to address issues like accessibility, programming, and safety...but could we be doing more? We would be interested to hear your thoughts. Send us... a message, comment below, e-mail or draft a letter. Our museum is YOUR museum. If you don't see yourself reflected here we should be asking ourselves, "why". We have been operating as a non profit AND charity for over 50yrs. We are here to honour and respect the many footprints of those people that have walked before us and continue to walk with us.
