Vous n’avez pas besoin d’être expert afin de profiter de la respiration diaphragmatique. 1) Allongez-vous confortablement. 2) Mettez vos mains sur votre ventre, laissant les bouts de vos doigts toucher.... 3) Inspirez par le nez pendant trois secondes. En inspirant, sentez votre ventre s’étendre, laissant vos doigts se distancer. 4) Exhalez par la bouche pendant six secondes. En exhalant, sentez votre ventre se rétrécir pendant que vos doigts se retrouvent. !! PAUSE !! Are you feeling stressed? You don’t need to be an expert meditator to benefit from diaphragmatic breathing. 1) Lay down comfortably. 2) Place the palms of your hands on your belly, with your fingertips touching. 3) Inhale for 3 whole seconds through your nose. As you inhale, feel your belly extend as a distance forms between your hands and your fingertips stop touching. 4) Exhale slowly for 6 seconds through your mouth. As you exhale, feel your belly collapse as your fingertips meet again.
