2020 has been an eventful and at times a difficult year, but Sunley Home Building Centre has so much to be grateful for! Many events have occurred throughout the year as we welcomed new staff members-Garrett, Kirsten and Dawn as well as beautiful additions -Elliot & Asher to John and Garrett’s families. Jim recovered from a lengthy illness and after his return decided it was time to spend some quality time with his grandchildren in Olds. He will be missed! Santiago graduated ...and received our scholarship for future endeavors in the business world. After 19 years, Doug was finally able to hang up his Gone Fishing sign. Happy retirement Doug!! We faced the challenges of creating a safe work space and a safe place for our customers to shop. We have battled with skyrocketing lumber prices, inventory shortages, everchanging government regulations, gallons of hand sanitizer, masks and the uncertainty that each day brings. Throughout all of this, an abundance of kindness and courage have become the defining words of those around us in our community. We are deeply grateful for all of our wonderful customers who have supported us during this difficult year. We sincerely wish each one of you health, happiness and peace in the New Year. See more
