Lily has finished her 21 Day GOOD DOG Board N' Train program and did a fantastic job! Lily came to Sunnidale with some reactivity towards people coming into the home, some guarding issues with the other dogs in her home, as well as being overexcited and jumping up on people she knows. She also needed to gain a better understanding of her basic obedience. While at Sunnidale, Lily worked on these issues and quickly understood what was being asked of her :) Lily is very food/toy... motivated and this helped as an incentive during her training! Lily is now walking very nicely on leash, can perform all her basic commands, can work through distractions while on place, is keeping all 4 paws on the ground, and can mind her manners with both humans and dogs :) We are very proud of Lily and hope that her family will help her grow more and more when she returns home. His family could not have visitors over without worrying about an aggressive reaction from him. It was also very difficult for them to walk him in public without him reacting to every person, dog, or moving object they came across. After working with Pepito, we have successfully shut down his reactivity in public,... and have taught him to look to his handler for direction instead of being nervous of strangers.
