It was a busy day at SUNNYSIDE! Our Residents were vaccinated with their first dose of the covid vaccine. We are a step closer to being safer.

New Years Eve dinner did not disappoint! Tonight’s special dinner was a Braised Short Rib after the Lobster Bisque and Shrimp Cocktail. The team did a GREAT job on perfecting the final dinner of 2020!

Fabulous Tuscan Chicken tonight. Chocolate eclair for dessert. Residents were thrilled to be back socially distancing in the dining room! We continue to stay safe!

Today’s lunch, marble rye BLT with fries and salad! It was a big hit!

Nellie celebrated her birthday today! We brought her a FaceTime call from her niece in Ontario! She was so happy to see her and get the birthday wishes. Happy Birthday Nellie!
