Cook once, each twice! This is something I talk with my clients about ALL THE TIME; it makes it so much easier to eat the way you want to, in half the time. No to mention, it makes weekday lunches so much easier! I almost never cook an entire meal at one time, because I always make extra and reuse or repurpose. ... These are today's pizza toppings, but also: - sausages from yesterday's breakfast, heading to my pizza - extra bell peppers cut up for snacks this week - extra chopped mushrooms for salad toppers or mushroom soup (haven't decided yet)
