..... Yes we are on Tic Tok, and getting things done. This fall weather is amazing +25 in the patch today.

Well now we are onto the Wheat patch over at Breakveld Holsteins. Just taking some heads off, this patch was under seeded to Alfalfa. A bit uneven yet but not bad for cleared bush land. A good stand of Corn to the right of me, will be coming off hopefully in 2 - 3 weeks.

End of the day unloading and filling grain bins.

Well making silage bales yesterday, now today we are combining barley east of the farm on some rental land.

What’s to do on a cool windy Labour Day Weekend, when there was 2 of rain the night before and no field work can be done???? Well you pull out your best show piece and go for a drive around the township stopping for coffee, lunch and good times.

Oh I’ve been down that road....

Well our bull has not been himself lately. Very laid back, staying behind the heard and was taking his time walking. We brought him in a week ago put him back on hay and grain for some weight gain, today Willam came out and we had a look see. Turns out he broke a front toe and had a cyst between his back toes causing pain. So he got some treatments done, some meds and some foot sculpting. Now to stay in on dry ground and rest. Hoping he will be good to go next week back to see the girls.
