Hello December! While the studio remains closed throughout COVID, we’re offering classes at the spacious Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre in Orillia every Tuesday 10am and Friday 12pm. Drop ins and beginners always welcome! Private zoom yoga, personal training and nutrition coaching also available at your convenience.
