Okay friends let's hope the clouds rain their little hearts out now so that it's clear for yoga tomorrow! As long as there is no rain we will be practicing on Thursday at 5:45!

Weather is looking good for yoga together Thursday at 5:45pm! Lately I'm working on building space. Space in the physical body to breathe deeply but also space to create, to not rush from one activity to the next, clearing space, beautifying space. What are you working on?
