Friday Night's Special Sockeye wild salmon BBQ’d on a cedar plank, glazed with fresh dill and garlic butter. Served with a side of Kale salad, topped with toasted walnuts, cranberries and goat cheese in a freshly squeezed grapefruit and orange vinaigrette.

Tonight’s Special Lamp shank stew slow cooked in our fresh Ontario tomato sauce with red wine, saffron and hint of cinnamon. Served with a side of steamed basmati rice with saffron and red currants. See you tonight!

Slow cooked pulled pork cooked to perfection in our secret marinade (hint- it includes maple syrup)! Served on a fresh bun, with your choice of cheese, avocado and spicy mayo. You can enjoy with this beautiful view tomorrow between 5:30pm- 8pm.
