As you may know, the Nova Scotia government restrictions for seasonal RVs have been lifted. We are excited to announce that our season will officially be open, starting tomorrow, but we must remind you to obey the following guidelines: 1. No visitors. 2. One household per RV. 3. Continue to practice physical distancing while at your RV - keep 6ft apart from other campers.... Thanks so much & happy camping!

After much conversation and consultation with some professionals we wish to inform you with heavy hearts that the ... . We know how disappointing this can be for many of us, but the health of our community is of the utmost importance. That being said we are looking at online alternatives that we hope can continue to engage and celebrate our community during that week. So please keep an eye on our Facebook page to watch for special activities and instructions. We wish you all health in every aspect of the word, and we hope that the spirit of River John Festival Days will carry you through these trying times, and serve as a positive reminder that not even a pandemic can ruin . Terry's "Trail Blazers" jersey and Julia's hockey sticks are placed outside, as a tribute to the Humboldt Broncos! We are thinking of our friends Kevin and Nancy Sherman-Higo (Lethbridge, Alberta), who lost their nephew, Logan Boulet, as a result of the horrific crash, in Saskatchewan.

The worst of hurricane Dorian is over. All RVs are still standing, and appear to be in good shape! We hope everyone is safe at home!
