It’s SOUPer Sunday! Let’s make something delicious and comforting! Bacon & Cheese Cauliflower Soup 1 pkg. Chef’s Creamy Cauliflower Soup Mix 3 Tbsp. butter or olive oil... 1 small head cauliflower, cut up (about 4 cups) 4 cups (946 mL) vegetable or chicken stock 1 cup heavy cream 8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese 2 green onions, chopped In a 4 litre pot, melt butter or heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add cut-up cauliflower and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring until lightly browned. Stir in contents of soup mix. Add broth and bring to boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 25 minutes. Use an immersion blender to puree to desired consistency (You can also use a blender to puree, then return to pot). Add cream and heat for additional 5 minutes. Place in serving bowls and top with bacon, cheese and chopped green onions.

It's Saturday... What better way to spend your Saturday night than with our Gourmet Bacon Jam and Blue Cheese Beef Burger? 1 egg cup bread crumbs... 2 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic 2 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion 1 Tbsp. Applewood Chipotle Rub & Seasoning 2 Tbsp. water 2 Tbsp. Hot Pepper Bacon Jam cup cheddar cheese, grated 2 lbs. (.908 kg) ground beef Blue cheese, crumbled In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients. Add beef and mix but do not over-mix. Form into patties; cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight. Remove from fridge and let sit for 30 minutes prior to cooking. Preheat the grill and cook until cooked through. Toast the buns and top with blue cheese if so desired, along with more Hot Pepper Bacon Jam and other toppings of your choosing.

6 bell peppers 1 lb (454g) ground chicken 3 tsp. Oh! So Garlic 2 cups cooked rice, quinoa or couscous 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil... 1 red onion, finely chopped 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped 2 tsp. Traditional Italian Seasoning tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt 2 Tbsp. Spinach and Herb Mix Cook rice, couscous or quinoa according to directions; set aside. Preheat oven to 375F. In a large fry pan, heat 1-2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Add red pepper and red onion. Sauté until tender; set aside. Remove the tops of the peppers and clean out the inside. Place in lightly oiled pan (loaf pans work well). In a large bowl, combine the onion/pepper mixture, rice, meat and spices. (Meat is raw do not precook it.) Fill each pepper to the brim with mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for an hour.

Harvest Garlic Beer Bread Sticks 1 box Harvest Beer Bread Mix 1 can (355 mL) beer or other carbonated beverage 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese (divided) 2 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil... 1 tsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend 1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic 1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt Preheat oven to 400F. Butter a 10" x 15" cookie sheet. In a large bowl empty content of bread mix, add half of the cheese, stir in carbonated beverage and mix for 30 seconds. Spread bread dough on the sheet pan and drizzle with Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil, spread the oil with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, Oh! So Garlic, Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend and salt. Prior to placing in the oven, score the dough into 10-12 bread sticks. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm! See more

Olé Mac and Cheese 1 lb. (.454 kg) lean ground beef 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic Salt and pepper, to taste... 1 can (398 mL) tomato sauce 1 Tbsp. Olé Taco Seasoning 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 2 cups milk 1 cups hot water 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded In a large skillet over medium-high heat, combine ground beef, Oh! So Garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook and crumble until no longer pink; about 6-8 minutes; drain off liquid. Add tomato sauce and Olé Taco Seasoning; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in macaroni, milk, and water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally or until noodles are tender. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Serve immediately. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing.

Devour our Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce as it dresses up meatballs... Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs 2 lbs (.907 kg) lean ground beef 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic... 1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion tsp. freshly ground black pepper cup bread crumbs 2 eggs cup water 1 Tbsp. soy sauce Mix all seasonings and bread crumbs in a large bowl, add water, eggs and soy sauce. Mix well and add ground beef. Mix until all seasonings have been evenly distributed, do not over-mix. Form into small meatballs and cook on medium heat in a fry pan until cooked through or place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Place meatballs in an ovenproof casserole dish. Prepare sauce and pour over meatballs, place in the oven or cook on the stovetop for 15-20 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice. Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Meatball Sauce 1/2 cup Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce 1/2 cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce 1/3 cup orange juice Mix all ingredients and simmer for 5 -7 minutes.

Sauce up your meatballs with our Hot Pepper Bacon Jam! Sweet & Spicy Meatballs 2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion ... 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic 1 egg 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. Peachy Onion Hot Sauce 1 lb. (.454 kg) ground beef Sauce: 3 Tbsp. Hot Pepper Bacon Jam 1/3 cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce cup root beer Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 15" x 10" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray, or parchment paper. Place first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add ground beef and mix until blended, do not over-mix. Form mixture into balls, about 1" in diameter. Place meatballs on prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Place meatballs in an oven-proof dish, pour the sauce over top and bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Meatballs can also be sauced and cooked in a slow cooker or on the stove top.

Bruschetta makes a nice appetizer, a light lunch, or a terrific snack! Give your Bruschetta a FLAVOUR BOOST with our Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend and Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil. Bruschetta 6-7 Roma tomatoes diced cup chopped basil 1 tsp. Italian Rustico seasoning... 2 tsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil small white onion, finely diced 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar Black Pepper cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 loaf baguette or French loaf, sliced 1 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil Combine first 8 ingredients; set aside. Preheat oven to 350F. Slice bread into -inch thick slices and, lightly brush both sides with Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil, place in a single layer and bake 6-8 minutes until light brown, turning once. and toast. Is there anything more comforting than a creamy, delicious, savoury pasta dish on a fall evening? We don’t think so, that's why we created this... Creamy Parmesan Carbonara Pasta 1 box of linguine 8 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped (pancetta is excellent to use as well)... 1 cups half and half cream 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1 pkg. Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip Mix cup white wine 1 tsp. salt and pepper Juice of lemon 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped Cook bacon or pancetta, dice and set aside. In a large skillet heat half and half, add cup Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip Mix and continue stirring; add wine, salt & pepper, and lemon juice; continue to simmer on low. Add bacon in the last few minutes of cooking. Cook pasta while the sauce is simmering. Place cooked pasta in a large serving bowl, spoon sauce over pasta and gently mix. Top with cup freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
