Aloha! It’s salad Sunday! Let’s celebrate with this potato salad with a Hawaiian flare! Hula-Hula Potato Salad... 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime 2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend 6-8 potatoes, peeled and cubed 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced 2 celery stalks, cut into inch slices Fresh chives, chopped Himalayan Pink Salt 5 Peppercorn Premium Blend Spinach & Herb Mix for garnish Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime and Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain, cool and transfer to a bowl; add eggs, celery, chives, salt and pepper. Start with spooning of the dressing over the potato mixture and add more as needed, mix well. Left over dressing is great as a veggie dipper. Refrigerate for one hour or more before serving. Garnish with a sprinkle of Spinach & Herb Mix.

Who doesn’t love BBQ season? Our family enjoyed lamb burgers from Tipsy Willow Farm and I smothered mine with Dilly-Licious Dill Pickle Mustard and Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Relish.

Dilly-Licious Dill Pickle Mustard Mouthwatering dill pickles and smooth Dijon... it’s the mustard you’ve been waiting for! Level up your burgers, brats, and dogs. Spread on your favourite sandwich or add some zing to potato salad and deviled eggs. Compliments salmon beautifully or try it on buffalo wings. Great as a pretzel dip.... https://sunsetgourmet.ca//dilly-licious-dill-pickle-musta/

Easy Delicious Tastes like summer... Grilled Peaches & Ice Cream 1 peach per person 1 tsp. light oil per peach (canola or grapeseed) 1 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. Peach Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp. butter In a small microwavable bowl add honey, vinegar and butter; cook for 1 minute until honey and butter are melted, stir until combined; set aside. Preheat grill to medium. Cut peaches in half and pit them; brush all sides with oil. Place cut side down and grill for about 4 minutes (until grill marks appear). Turn over and brush with glaze. Continue to BBQ for another 4 minutes. Serve as a side with pork or chicken or enjoy warm as a dessert with ice cream, sprinkled with cinnamon, just before serving.
