Yesterday a friend that lives near the overwintering grounds in Mexico sent me a message that she saw the first monarch of the season. The monarchs are arriving..., in this season of Halloween, Dia de Los Muertos, and Election Day. May we celebrate the dead and vote for the living. May we vote not only for ourselves, but for our neighbors near and far and the monarchs that connect us all. My goal in life is to give my voice to the monarchs, and this week I voted with them in mind. See more
