I did 1 hr workout!! First post Covid! 30min elliptical 30min yoga the elliptical is so hard I don’t go fast I don’t change resistance it at 1 and it is on a 0 incline and it is so hard. I use to have no issues doing an hr on it now it takes everything in me to do this! But I am determined! I will fully heal. I will start with cardio 3 days a week. But doing yoga everyday!!
