Tonight we speak with Founder/Artist of Sacred Matriarch, Ecko Aleck on our new segment, Sunvalley Indigenous. Ecko Aleck is launching a Sacred Creators Youth Council for 6 youth between the ages of 16-30, tonight Dana Foster speaks with her on the program and what it is all about.

Emily Pauline Johnson was the first Native poet to have her work published in Canada. She was also one of the few female writers at the time who could make an independent living from what she wrote and performed.
