Things are really going to get serious around the wood shop this weekend! I just un-boxed a new drill driver set from Milwaukee tools and I am feeling like I made a good decision. It was a tough call to not replace the Dewalt. It battled hard for 8 years and for the most part did amazing. The main shaft is bent now and it doesn’t have much power left but I will keep it to turn a wire wheel now and then.

Just got my fist copy of Fine Woodworking magazine. Looks great on the small table I finished this week. We needed a small table to nestle in to the awkward space in the center of our sectional sofa. Too small for a coffee table but our end tables were too tall.
