A little goodbye

Hello, lovelies. Popping in here to say I'm teaching a FREE yoga class tonight at 8pm through myoga studio. I'm playing all my favourite Black artists to the flow of a juicy, slow, chill class. ALL ARE WELCOME--even if you're not a yoga-type person (it's more like a sweet stretch tonight!). Missing you all right about now and sending so much love. How are you doing?

I know we've got lots of people in this group and just wanted to make sure this was shared: I know these are troubling times but am sending so much love and light. Be kind to yourself and know that as things shift your best tool is your connection with yourself and taking care of the beautiful souls you are! My yoga studio is starting to offer LIVE online classes tomorrow. I'm doing a SLOW FLOW (totally okay for beginners). at 7:30pm. It's $40 for 30 days of minimum 2 yoga... classes a day (I'll be teaching a bunch!). These are live classes with wicked teachers and is waaaaay better than a recorded class or youtube from 2013. If you want more info, write below. I'd love to guide you through more self care and self love during this time.
