To all concerned, Due to the current global situation regarding the Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, we wanted to assure everyone that Superior Restoration DKI remains fully functional and are here ready and able to service our clients. The health and safety of our employees, customers, families and friends is paramount and we are taking the necessary steps to assure you that we will not operate under any circumstances that could jeopardize this. As such, we would like to c...ommunicate our plans going forward to assure you that now and always, the health and safety of everyone we come in contact with is our top priority. These times are presenting ever changing challenges; however, perseverance will prevail. The following steps have been put in place for the protection of all: Prior to any site visit, we will assure that the attending individual(s) have no symptoms associated with the Covid-19 Virus and that they are very aware of the conditions that must be met to be assured of this. We will be asking all our customers whether they or any family members have shown signs or have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus or have been under a self-imposed or medically order quarantined period. If specific risks have been identified, we will discuss options as to whether a re-scheduled appointment might be best or if essential, we may perform inspection or emergency services under full PPE scenario. All employees will use masks and gloves whenever possible; we will avoid shaking hands and avoid contact with people who are sick.
