We have a few options available to provide an accurate moving estimate without having to come directly to your home. The first option would be to use an app such as Video Call, Facebook Video, Google Duo, Sykpe, Etc with on...e of our moving specialists. You could also text, email, Facebook Messanger, Whatsapp, etc photos or videos to us and one of our Moving Specialists who are available almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that especially during these times your moving needs can be very stressful and at a moments notice, thats why were always here to help you along the way. Once booked with us youll have constant available access directly to the team that youre scheduled with, so if you have any questions or concerns about your move or our policies pertaining to the COVID-19 you can connect with a member of the team. When the crew first arrives to your place we ask that you have as few people there as possible. If youre having family or friends help you, they should be scheduled around the time the movers will be there. First the driver will come introduce himself and one of the customers takes him through the house and discusses any details pertaining to the move. The driver will then take the crew on a walk through of the house to give them the same details. We ask that the customers give our team as much space as possible during the moving process, a minimum of the 6 feet.
