Just in case your not in our Family & Friends Group! To our amazing Silver 7 Families & Friends. Etienne, Delphie and myself and all our amazing extended family... of coaches want to thank you all for your understanding and your continued support through this incredibly challenging time we now all face. The greater good of our families, our community needs all of our support. Starting tomorrow Monday March 16, 2020 we will be postponing our classes and programs for the next two weeks. We are family run business and take great pride in sharing our love for the Martial Arts and Fitness with all of you and look forward to doing so again when this is all past us. You are encouraged to stay healthy and active anyway you can while we take this short pause from our training in the gym.
