It's heeeere!! Cheesy Bacon Mashed Potatoes aka FULLY LOADED Mashed Potatoes. We are talking cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives. All the best parts of baked potatoes, none of the work. We use Cheesy Bacon Super Dip to whip up this pleaser of a dish. It will not let you down. Super Dips are salt, sugar, msg, and gluten free! Most are vegan as well ... Many Super Dips are vegan, this recipe is not. Cheesy Bacon Mashed Potaotes 4 russet potatoes 4 tbsp butter, unsalted 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup milk, warmed Cheesy Bacon Super Dips packet Salt and pepper to taste Boil water and add diced potatoes. Remove from water when fork tender. Mash potatoes (we used a ricer) and add butter and cheese. Cover to allow to melt. Add milk, entire packet of cheesy bacon and sour cream, along with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. People, this is a winner. You're gonna want to make it right away. Right. Away. Like we are talking carby, cheesy, BACON (but not!) goodness. This comes together so fast and you get to take all the credit for an amazing dinner! Cheesy Bacon Mac and Cheese 3 cups pasta (uncooked)... 4 tbsp butter (unsalted) 3 tbsp flour 2 cups milk Cheesy Bacon Super Dip packet 1 cup aged white cheddar 1 cup gouda 1/3 cup cheddar Salt and pepper to taste Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. We used cavatappi. Meanwhile melt butter over medium low heat. Whisk in flour. Add in milk (about 1/3 at a time) whisking constantly ensuring you are scraping the bottom and sides of the pan. You know to add more of the milk when your sauce has thickened. When all milk has been added turn heat to low and add all cheese. Whisk in until all is melted and combined. Add in pasta and gently stir to coat. Serve immediately. We like to garnish with parmesan and chili flakes, but you do you, boo!
