We were so happy that we could do a virtual launch of our Junior Superheroes Project this year. We're all so proud of all of our 2021 Junior Supers. :)

It's almost here. The 2021 Junior Superheroes Project Reveal! :) We're so excited to show the world these amazing kids. We'll be doing a Zoom chat with all of the parents and Junior Supers this Saturday November 21st at 2pm. We'll also be live-streaming here on our Facebook page, so tune in and see their reactions as we reveal the final edit photos of these incredible young heroes.... I also heard here will be a special guest with a few words of encouragement for the kids. We're very excited for the 2021 Junior Superheroes calendar to come out. We're counting down the days. The Pacific Design Academy students all worked hard to present some amazing designs for the calendar and one in particular drew personalized cartoon characters for each kid. Amazing work on the promo video. We're even more excited now to have the final calendar in hand. :)

We just received a new pair of Batman gauntlets from our friends over at Evil Genius Productions. We've gotten props from them before and their stuff has always been top notch. But these pieces are a work of art! Solid, well constructed, and will look amazing with some of the other upgrades our Batsuit is getting. Batman is really going to wow some kids at hospital visits and charity events. :)

I've been working on a new Captain America suit for a charity project (and hospital visits). The suit and all the accents (belt, gloves, straps, etc) are done. The helmet and shield are being made by 3D-PropShoppe. They just sent me a teaser picture and I seriously had to sit down. It's looking absolutely incredible, and it's still not even done. I can't even imagine my reaction when I see the finished shield in person. Sturdy material to live through lots of events. Real m...etal and leather straps and supports too. The teaser pics for the helmet look just as amazing. You want a prop done right, these are DEFINITELY the guys to go to. These are going to really make the kids at the hospital and events think they're meeting the real Captain America. :D

One last look back at the old Supers HQ, plus a sneak peek at what the spare room at the apartment now looks like. Pretty much every inch of the room looks like this. Dozens of trips between the old office space and home, storage and the junkyard. TONS more hours of cleaning. Sanding/patching/re-sanding/painting holes (from the huge amount of shelves we had). But it's all done and no more looking back. Our Superheroes group is still going strong after 11 years. And we'll kee...p being Supers, helping wherever and whenever we can. Onwards and upwards! Nuff said.
