We are now into the month of February and it is around this time we desperately search for the end of the winter blues, watch out for anything that affects drive and coerce yourself into doing the things that can encourage you. 1. Consider spending 30 minutes a day doing rigorous exercise. 2. Listen to music 3. Put a ban on any dark films or books and keep it light.... 4. Learn a new recipe for dinner twice a week, maybe something warm and comforting like soup. 5. Reconnect with people you have lost touch with since the warmer weather. See more
