Today at the seniors home an amazing man named Ramilo brought the seniors pizza and wings. He wanted to do an act of kindness. He shared his story of being po...or in the Philippines. He said his mom helped bring him to Canada. He told us he never ate like this back home, but today was his birthday and on his birthday he would always honor his mother and would give her a gift. We gave him a piece of cake and sang happy birthday. His wish was not for himself, but he wished for God's blessing for everyone at the seniors home. He told us all he wanted to do was spend his birthday with people he could give to. He said he was so happy. I am so touched by this man's kind soul and generosity. I'm so grateful to have witnessed this today. It puts things into perspective just how blessed we all are in Canada. God bless Ramilo!
