JUNE MARKET STATS ARE OUT! Last month’s property sales in the Fraser Valley were 29.3 percent below the 10-year sales average for June and were the second-lowes...t total for the month since the year 2000. Here’s a little breakdown: - June sales were down 10.1% from the same month a year before. - There were 19.3% more homes listed than the previous year. - The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $960,100.
