Success is very personal. Nobody gets to decide what success looks like for you, except you. I find that the volunteer work I do in this space sometimes meets conflict because people - no matter their gender -- sometimes believe I am doing this work because I am fighting something. What I most want is for women to stop fighting with themselves, and allow their success and personal goals to take flight. For them to believe in themselves and stand up for what they believe in and not let their gender get in the way of their success. No matter your gender, colour, race or creed, you deserve to define succes on your own terms. That is all. #motivationmondays #leanin #success Mary Wollstonecraft
