People often put time in the way of change to avoid the painful consequences of their actions when they know in their heart that the current situation is not wo...rking in a healthy way. They fear the unknown and prefer the discomfort of what is familiar. What this does create is a series of intuitive hints meant to guide you out of the fog. When you don't pay attention (spiritual, emotional, mental and physical), the urgency and the messages get stronger and stronger. Ignoring your intuition (the source of truth) often creates a drawn out slow burn that eventually leads to the painful consequences anyway with a lingering trail of health issues, unrepairable relationships (mostly with the self), and varying degrees of trauma to the soul. When you are experiencing long term chronic body pain (headaches, allergies, emotional triggers, etc.) I encourage you to examine the patterns that precede these issues. Things like addictions of any kind, skin rashes, headaches, chronic stomach issues, can have some painful emotional attachments that left unhealed, can trigger the physical symptoms. Pay attention to your body. Long term patterns of behaviour that have not solved a problem are seeking resolution. What is your body trying to teach you? What are your dreams telling you? How come you break out in a rash every time there is a family gathering? Honesty with self is key. Pay attention.
