Today my son had Crunch roll, spinach Gomae, 2 pcs ttuna & salmon aburi(torched salmon & tuna nigiri with spicy mayo& unagi sauce) for lunch. ... Crunch has 2 prawn & yam tempura inside. It has yam flakes, unagi sauceon & sesame seed on top.

Dear my neighbors, On a hot summer, how about this marinated avocado as a light lunch? I made and enjoyed this side dish two days ago.... It contains tomatoes, onions, green onions, lemons, ginger, soy sauce, vineger, sugar & wasabi. I ate it with spicy tuna roll at this time and my son enjoyed it by avocado donburi with fried egg. I think it is good as well with salmon sashimi, spicy salmon roll, spicy mom roll or caterpillar roll, etc. I hope you guys are doing well today~~^*!

How were you guys doing yesterday? It was really hot, so I made spicy radish Kimchi to eat it with hot beef bone soup. Spicy & Hot!!!... There is the phrase in Korea, "Fight fire with fire. When it is suitably fermented, we will eat it with hot beef bone soup to fight summer heat~~^*. If you want to join us, please let me know. I will prepare it more for you guys. Radish Kimchi is made with radish, red pepper powder, ginger, garlic, green onion, salted shrimp & anchovies, sugar, salt & sesame seed~~~!

Dear my neighbors, It’s hot outside. I hope you are doing well in this hot summer~~!... We had this Tofu poke and Sushi(Salmon) poke as a lunch yesterday. Tofu poke is good for a vegan. This comes with avocado, carrot, cucumber, seaweed, romaine lettuce, green onions, crispy onions & say based souce. Salmon poke comes with cucumber, romaine lettuce, carrot, seaweed, radish, green onion, tobiko & say based souce. You can enjoy this sushi poke with hot sauce. It is really yummy!!!

Dear my neighbors, Today, I’d like to share this Kimbab(). Most Korean people have this as a light lunch or convenience food along with Ramen, Kimchi & dannuji(yellow pickled redish) etc. ... This Kimbap () is made from cooked rice and other ingredients(vegetables, egg garnish & beef). That are rolled gim(dried seaweed)and served in bite-sized slices. Yesterday our young chef provided a new roll for my lunch. It was so beautiful, I’d like to share with you guys. It is served with veggies, green onion & sesame seed. It contains avo & cucumber inside, smoked salmon and cream cheese outside. So I named it vegedelphia.^*... Please enjoy this roll with your eyes~~!
