Inspired by our favourite dishes from the biggest sushi chain in Japan, we are commencing the launch of two new items: the Torched Basil Shrimp and the Torched Basil Salmon. Shrimp/salmon nigiri sushi topped with swiss cheese and our Japanese basil sauce, then torched to bring out the richest flavours. Best eaten hot and freshly torched. Sold in sets of four.

Big thanks to our community! Due to the massive support from the community this week, we have used up all of our bento trays. As such, our bentos will be temporarily unavailable until later next week when we receive a new shipment of trays. Other menu options still remain available. ... Some great alternatives to our bentos include the tonkatsu, the hoe deop bap, and the $10 limited sets as viewable from our previous post.
