We will be closed until NOON on Remembrance Day in honour of our veterans. Hours of operation on November 11th only is 12:00pm - 8:00pm.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the generator and had to close. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will be back in operation after the power comes back.

We are now accepting resumes for part time to potential full time positions. We are looking for someone reliable, 19yrs or older, and able to work weekends and evening shifts. Your job duties would include: being presentable, courteous and deal with customers in a professional manner; working with cash, trustworthy; working in the kitchen taking orders, cooking and preparing food; stocking products, and keeping store clean. May include some lifting. We like to maintain an enthusiastic, safe and happy work environment for our staff AND customers so smiling and positivity is a must Training available Please drop your resume off to Linda at the store.

Our till is now fixed so we are back in business. Just the kitchen is closed and no coffee. We do have subs available as well.

We are still open in the power outage but at this time having issues trying to get our till running so we are only able to sell fuel and scratch tickets. We are working on getting the till running as we speak.

I had the privilege tonight to work upfront at the till...(I normally work in the office in the back) and I just wanted to put a personal msg out there to our community.....Thank you!! We have been experiencing a higher then normal volume of customers for this season (summer is always the busy months) and I'd have to say we all seem to be doing our parts with this crazy situation. I witnessed everyone trying to keep their distance from other customers, me and my other coworke...rs tonight.... using the hand sanitizer we have provided for customers and being patient with me as your cashier as well. GOOD JOB EVERYONE! That's how we are going to stop this. We are the only store selling lotto at this time and we are trying to keep it going. We understand that everyone is nervous and confused and taking away every vice isnt something we want to do....and everyone was very understanding and patient with me as I was trying to help each one of you with the same respect given to me...keeping my distance as well as trying to keep up with the line ups and not making anyone wait for too long. This doesn't seem to be an issue but I do want to put a reminder out there that we are trying to limit the amount of people in the store and if you see more then 5 please wait outside till someone leaves. Every single one of us is only trying to do our best and get used to this new "normal" for however long it's going to be and it's only going to get harder and more serious before it goes away. I think we, as a community, is definitely trying our best and kicking ass at it. Also we still have some cleaning supplies left and Linda is working very hard on trying to keep our beer, spirits and scratch tickets stocked provided we get our shipments which hasn't been easy. Stay safe, keep practicing social distancing and wash your hands! and we will get thru this together. Thank you again fort st james and surrounding communities for giving me patience and respect....I enjoyed being your cashier for the night and felt we all deserve a HELL YA! for doing our parts to stop this stupid virus in its tracks. Good morning Facebook We just wanted to send our thanks to the "mysterious" person who shoveled our parking lot yesterday morning. It is greatly appreciated and if you are this person or know who it might have been can you please stop in at the store....Linda would like to give her thanks in person. We still have a small amount of cleaning supplies and single roll toilet paper here. Please buy respectfully also we are still stocked up on beer and we ARE selling lotto. We are making the proper adjustments...keeping our store clean, staff protected and customers feel comfortable. We are asking that only 5 people in the store at a time as well. We do not anticipate closing throughout this crisis and we will continue to sell fuel and groceries keeping stocked up as we can.
