Fuelled by and ready to keep crushing it! We wrapped up the stone pillars & pressure washed the clients patio before the weekend. We’re loving the look & warmth of these cultured stone pillars and can’t wait for the finished product!

When you get that call to fix someone else’s work (I’m sure it’s only me) lol. Most people want to save and know they received a great deal, but be careful when making renovation decisions based primarily on. ... Hire someone based on their experience, reputation, ability to meet your wants / needs, price, but also someone you trust. What’s missing from this staircase?... I’ll give you a hint . .. ... ... The client‘s son was an electrician and wanted to finish the lights themselves to save a bit of money. It feels naked to me but I’m thrilled with how the staircase turns out. A little trip down memory lane when I was still building decks. I remember the stats on this multi-family project from 5 years ago. 17 decks, 11,000’ of 5/4x6 treated decking & 20,000 screws. None of that compares to the carpal tunnel like feeling from using a quick drive gun for 4-6 hours a day for 2 weeks weeks straight lol. ... In fact this was the first time I bought a quick drive gun. Before that I used a cordless drill because I had no money lol.

Mother Nature is getting my hopes up again.

With all this quarantine time I finally got around to finishing a promotional video of a past project. This was an awesome two week backyard overall and the clients were amazing to work with while we tore up their backyard! Highlights include - Fiberon PVC decking, Quality stone skirting, privacy wall and upper landing stair risers, Trex low voltage riser lights, custom welded frosted privacy glass railings, 6' x 11' feature wall w/ quality stone backer, laser jet cut powder coated privacy panels with LED lights behind. We also ran a gas line for a fire table w/ a hidden access panel and replaced their entrance gate with a black powder coated one to match the privacy panels.

When your client says they want A LOT of light, you abide by their request!
