Summer is here! Making your own iced tea is a great healthy alternative to sugary store bought drinks. Literally any and all teas work....here’s a few tips and tricks. - brew them extra strong as they will loose potency when it cools... - sweeten (if you want) when still hot...it dissolves better - add fun stuff...like lemon, fresh raspberries and fresh mint - you can also freeze some for refreshing popsicles! Enjoy as often as you like and switch it up!
