Another SVC 'From Concept to Creation' commercial project starting this morning in Regina. It's top secret now, but this new retail store will be open soon! Stay tuned.

A perfect Monday to start another SVC 'From Concept to Creation' window replacement project at an apartment building here in Regina. SVC only uses the best installers in Regina, and we can't wait to see the tranformation Jarrod Scott Carpentry and Cory Hilderman make to this building.

A great start to this SVC McCallum Avenue garage project with the grade beam and structural slab completed. Built strong After some curing of the concrete, we will start the framing.

Another SVC 'From Concept to Creation' commercial remodel completed. This project was in Weyburn. We actually completed this project at the end of March of this year, and are excited as the new residences have already been moving in. This project started in January of this year, and within no time we were down to bare walls, and then rebuilt everything back to new! All new plumbing, heating, electrical, sewer lines, residence suites, accessible tub and shower rooms, and of co...urse, a new hair salon, along with a full list that would take us days to write. It was great working the owner of the care home Kevin, his general manager Amanda, the full staff and of course the residence. We had a great time on this project, and a big shout out to the onsite SVC project manager Ryan, for living here 24/7 for 3 months to make this happen, GREAT JOB! We love what we do and it shows! SVC was fortunate enough to be asked by some awesome clients of ours to remodel and bring this 100+ year old apartment buildings beauty back! This SVC 'From Concept to Creation' project was in Swift Current where we remodeled the 6 entrances, 5 corridors, multiple hallways and stairwells in this unique building! Paint, flooring, railing, wainscotting, suite entrances and interior suite work just to name a handful of projects we tackled! Check out a few before and after pics below!

SVC crews working hard this morning. Ripping up the hallway floor in this apartment building to start the new sewer line, suite drainage, sump pumps and waterline replacement project. We are also putting new ventilation in this crawlspace to keep it dry! Today we have the HydroVac crew in to remove all water from the crawlspace! Tomorrow construction begins!

First time into the Regina office this week, it was great to see the SVC logo that was installed in our showroom on Monday! Now off to Yorkton for the day!
